0844 Lo-Call Revenue Generating Phone Numbers

Non-Geographic 0844 National Number

0844 non-geographic numbers provide your business with a national phone presence along with the ability to generate revenue from inbound calls.

0844 numbers are charged to the caller at 5p per minute (inc. VAT) at all times. 0844 numbers are not premium rate and can be dialed from all landlines and mobiles. Callers are generally as likely to call an 0844 number as any other 08 or National Rate number.

UK National Number

0844 numbers can be dialled from the UK and some European countries, however if you receive a reasonable number of international calls an +44870 number may be preferable, as it provides international access.

Lo-Call Tariff

The tariff on 0844 numbers is perceived as a reasonable compromise between that of a 0871 number and a geographic number. The Lo-call rate covers the cost of the phone service which in turn provides the caller with a better call experience.
