09 Premium Rate non-geographic numbers are ideal for competitions, information lines, technical support lines, mobile phone content, adult services and phone billing.

Call rates vary dependant on the intent of the premium rate line and the desired revenue generation. For example, the tariff can either offset the cost of running a customer support line, or create revenue via an information line such as an astrology line, or in conjunction with pre-determined call lengths pay for downloadable content such as mobile ringtones. Tariffs are available from 10p to £1.50 per minute.
