Port existing NGNs to X-on's Comprehensive PBX Services
Can I transfer my existing non-geographic number to X-on?
Ofcom regulations provide for transfer, or porting, of existing non-geographic numbers between providers. X-on can transfer your numbers to our systems from all the major networks including BT, Opal, Cable and Wireless, Energis, Totem and NTL.
Is there a fee for porting my number?
X-on make no charge for porting your existing NGN to our system. Ongoing fees are dependant on the type of NGN and any additional services connected with the number.
After porting to X-on do I continue to pay my previous provider any fees?
Once any liabilities existing at the time of porting have been met your previous provider has no further claim on you.
Is there a delay when porting numbers?
It takes 5 to 10 working days to transfer a NGN. Our support team will keep you advised of progress. Your NGN will continue to function throughout.
What do I need to do once agreeing to port my NGN with X-on?
Nothing, X-on will contact your current provider and initiate the transfer, keeping you informed of progress throughout.
Can I transfer my call handling services to X-on?
With our comprehensive hosted telephony and PBX systems we can replicate and improve upon any existing call handling services you may have in place on your NGN with a existing provider.
Our sales team will be able to advise you of the options available and assist you with the transfer and with configuring your call handling procedures.
